1. Convert the weights from pounds to newtons (This conversion is the same anywhere):
25 lbs (1.0 N/.225 lb) = 111 N (I don't know about the precision of the 25 lbs.) Similarly, 9.4 lbs = 41.8 N2. Find the mass by using earth data: m = W/g = 111 N / 9.8 N/kg = 11.3 kg 3. Use this mass & the weight on Mars to find g on Mars:
