You should get close to zero voltage drop across the wires. Maybe .002V, for example. We'll learn why later. For now, just note that we can essentially ignore the wires in most cases. It's just as if you made the connections directly between the bulbs and batteries.

Later when you're are connecting together more complex circuits you'll find that you can attach a new, branching wire to either end of another wire and it will make no difference in the resulting currents. Both ends of the wire are essentially the same place.
