Green Beans in Coriander Sauce

2 c green beans
1 c bean stock
11/2 t coriander
1 T butter
1/2 t cumin
1 T chives, chopped

Steam green beans for 10 minutes or until tender. Make a sauce with stock from the steaming pan, coriander, and cumin. Bring to a boil, then simmer over low heat for 25 minutes to reduce. Add to the beans and reheat. Serve with butter and a garnish of chives
