Inscription on the Arch of Beneventum
Reading an inscription is similar to deciphering code.
It is helpful to recognize that a period is placed between each word or abbreviation.
Also inscriptions were often chiseled into stone, so sculptors frequently replaced 'u' with 'v'.
KET Latin 3 students are to decipher this inscription and email their renderings to adenny@ket.org .
