Game III - Latin Root Review for the Circus Maximus Game Board

One student acts as the aedile...master of the game.
Players roll dice to determine the order of play.
First player rolls a die; moves marker (auriga) to the numeral rolled; refers to this paper. E.G. If the first player rolled a I, he/she needs to give either the Latin infinitive OR the English meaning of teh root -cad. The aedile will arbitrate whether the correct answer has been given. If the player lands on a square marked 'lege chartam', he/she will choose a card and follow its instructions. If the player gives a correct response to the root on which he/she has landed, he/she will continue until an incorrect answer is given or he/she lands on 'lege chartam' and the card indicates 'lose a turn.' Player two then proceeds in the same fashion.
