The Chariot
The chariot was not a major type of transportation compared to the wagon, yet it stands as a more enduring memory of the time. There wre two types of chariots. The first was the racing type, which consisted mainly of two wheels and a harness. They could be pulled by between four and ten horses. The second type was the military sort, which had sides and adornments, and pulled by fewer horses.
