The Latin I Tool Kit provides the organizational and functional materials to assist you in setting up and facilitating the class. These are the contents of the Latin I Tool Kit:

1 CD	Facilitator/Student Intro	Reference when needed!
Notebook	Latin I Facilitator Guide	Read this guide! Reference when needed!
Student Guide(s)	(one copy for each student)

Locate these items, keep your CD and notebook, and hand out the guide folders to the students.

Important! Please prepare a second notebook for Duplication of Documents. This will become your most frequently used notebook. Use a large 3-ring binder and indexes with a 3-hole punch. As you download tests, quizzes, etc., add them to this new notebook.

Set aside:	One to two days before starting clas instruction for you and the students to: issue books and letters, list materials, fill out Photo & Information forms, plan for photos, etc.
Start class:	Full Year or Block: Use your school calendar and the Latin I syllabus to create a weekly/monthly plan for showing the instructional class, etc. Refer to requirement for completion, etc.

I suggest new facilitators take this class along with the students. This will help you to keep the students on task, as well as keep track of all activities.
