How to Use the Web Site

arch There are eight items placed on the arch:

Login You will log in here using your I. D. number and password. The Facilitator will access tests and keys, Extra Credit, "Open" an on-line Quaestio, enter grades, send messages, etc. The students will log in here to take quizzes, access the Student Spotlight, or send and receive Distance Learning messages.
Gallery This is a pictorial cultural section with text information called the Seven Hills of Rome. The seven divisions are: People, Military, Culture, Places, Mythology, Architecture, and Government. Click on a division to visit. Then select an individual item listed in the left side navigator bar. You may return to the front page by clicking on Latin 1.
Previous work Click here to get a day by day listing of all previous days. You must enter your school's calendar under Facilitator Login before the "Previous work" feature may be utilized. (See item "O" under "Facilitator Duties and Responsibilities" in the Implementation section for help in entering your calendar.) Each day is a link to its Agenda Page. To access data that is posted on a given day (ex. Day:104), scroll within "Previous work" until you find the day, then click on that day. You find the posted item by scrolling through the Agenda page of that day. To access many items such as tests and quizzes, you must be on the correct day on the Agenda for the item to be accessible, thus "Previous work" becomes a very useful tool.
Search Click here to search for items located within our web site.
Staff Click here to check out the Latin Staff. You will see a picture, and read a note from each person. You will also find their e-mail address and link.
Info Click here to access class or Internet data. The documents such as facilitator Guide, Syllabus, and the various grade lists.
Notes to teacher This feature is used to send a message to the teacher or Latin assistants.
Forum This is a discussion area; a place to share comments with classmates.
