If given the opportunity to make a pilgrimage, I would like to travel to each "American" historical monument in the United States. Each of these places/items have a special significance to our country, and I would find it interesting to see them in p
erson. From a journey as this, I would expect to gain historical knowledge while also gaining more appreciaion for the country that I live in.

If I had the time and money to make a pilgrimage, I would probably travel to Egypt. I just think this atmosphere would be so much different than the one we are used to here in the United States and i would like to experience that difference. I also t
hink that the culture would be a lot different. I would gain a whole new understanding of a different culture and atmosphere.

If I was able to take a pilgrimage it would be to Alaska. Alaska is the last "untouched frontier" and I want more than anything to see it. I want to experience all the untouched, unspoiled, beautiful wildlife and to breathe air that doesn't have the
pollution that the rest of the places in the world have. I would expect to gain a deeper love for the land around me and and I wouldn't feel like all the hope for restoring our planet to it's former glory is completely gone.

If i had the opportunity to make a pilgrimage, I would travel to Paris. Paris has things like the Eifel Tower that one day i hope i can go and see. The Eifel Tower is just something big about Paris that many people around the world travel to see. I a
lso think just going to learn about their culture and their way of living would help give me a whole new understanding of culture and language.

If I could go on a pilgrimage anywhere in the world, I would go to Africa and see all the different cultures and wildlife. From the pilgrimage I would gain knowledge about a variety of cultures and how people in other countries live. After taking thi
