We have three strands of resources for middle through high school students:

Humanities Connections is a short series of broadcasts that covers the basics - the elements of visual arts, dance, music, and theater. Class Connections is a set of lesson plans and video resources for those of you who are working humanities material into English, visual arts, or social studies classes.

Humanities through the Arts is a stand-alone class with 67 broadcasts. It can be used as a full class with a teacher-partner or used as a resource. This class begins with African and tribal art, and then follows a chronological pattern.

Both Humanities Connections and Humanities through the Arts are written to align with The National Standards in the Arts and Humanities and Kentucky's Academic Expectations. All KET material is free to Kentucky teachers.

Hope you have time to cruise around our website and see just how much is there. If you'd like to see clips of Connections and Humanities through the Arts, click on the icons.
