Seriously, though... Entering student information is very easy. From the Facilitator Net screen, click on the Roster link. You will see a button labeled Enter a new student.
From here, you will enter a student's name and other information. After filling out all the relevent fields, click on the submit button, which is labelled Enter!. At this point, the student's information will be stored in the computer, a unique Student ID and password will be generated, and the student will be enrolled in the current course. Repeat this step for each of your students.
On the Roster page, there is a list of the currently enrolled students. Each student name is a link. At any time, you can review or change the information for a student by clicking on this link.
To drop a student from a KET course, refer to the box labelled Drop a student.... From this list, select the student you want to drop and click on the Drop button. Nothing will be deleted at this point, and the student may be added again later on.
If a student is taking more than one KET course, you need only input them once. Simply select their name in the Add a student... box and click on the Add button. Both the Add and Drop lists will let you select more than one student at a time by clicking with your mouse and using the Ctrl key.
