It's easy to schedule KET courses around your academic calendar. You can start as early as August 3rd and end as late as June 15th.

| December 22, 2008 - January 2, 2009 Winter Break | |
| January 23, 2009 | Last Day to Add/Drop Students for Spring Semester with no charge (Out-of-state schools) |
| Jan. 24 - Feb. 6, 2009 | 50% tuition charged for dropped students (Out-of-state schools) |
| February 7, 2009 | 100% tuition charged for dropped students (Out-of-state schools) |
| June 15, 2009 | All students should be finished with 2008-2009 course work. |
